Data we process

When you book an apartment through our website we collect:

• first and last name;
• e-mail address;
• phone number (including country code);
• stay dates and number of guests;
• additional services (pet, extra bed);
• booking comment (optional).

Purpose of processing

We use your data only to:

• process the booking and communicate with you;
• confirm and prepare your stay;
• fulfil legal obligations (guest registry per Slovak Act No. 253/1998).

Legal basis

• performance of the accommodation contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• compliance with legal obligations – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
• our legitimate interest in providing the service properly – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. Bookings made via Booking.com are also processed under Booking.com privacy rules.

Retention period

• booking data: 3 years after the end of your stay;
• accounting records: 10 years (statutory obligation);
• guest registry data: 5 years (statutory obligation).

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”), unless prevented by legal duties;
• restrict processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
